Adsense Optimization Report

    Here is what I see in my account:

    "April 2007 Optimization Report

    Dear Publisher,
    Here is your optimization report for the month of April. After an automatic review of your sites, we think you might be able to improve your monetization using the following tips:
    You may be filtering ads that monetize well on your site."

    I think we have to take this automatic reports not very seriously. I have filtered MFA sites and other sites that I know pay badly, still they want me to reduce my filter list.

    Any views on this anybody?

    I see the same which suggests they are automated rather than someone from adsense team going through the account.

    This is what I suspect. That make the tip worthless.

    Once I removed the sites from the bad filters list, income increased 25%

    As it turns out Google will display Ads on your site that will earn you and Google the most money.

    So in reality Google already filters out most of the list... though I think ebay amazon and a few others should be left in the list... as we know they pay pennies and Google won't filter the giants out. :rolleyes:
