check out the link exchange forum here and see if there is anyone interested. you'll probably having a hard time getting good links through exchanges since your site is new and no PR.

    So either
    a) find other new, related sites who would more than likely be interested
    b) buy links or reviews from high traffic, high pr, related sites.

i have a relevant blog that i would be willing to sell you a link on for a decent price, so if you want to PM me. but the marketplace forums here is the place to be. also, just search for related sites in google and send out random link exchange emails. that'll get you a few.

This is a very good niche for article writing :)

You can write about ways to get rich and tag a link back to the forum.

Invite a few good posters over and if you get enough of a community started you should see links develop naturally over time.

Look for nich directories, toplists and link pages about your topic.

first of all, you may need your forum to look busy. you can do this via paid posting.
