Sick and Tired of Costa Dedes SPAM

I'm sick and tired... that's the 3rd one today, I reported all of them to spamcop.net but it doesn't matter....

Mr Dedes, I know you're watching.... I WON'T pay a cent to get listed #1 in Google in 3 days... I'M FINE WHERE I AM IN GOOGLE!

So, please can you ask your affiliates to stop sending me the following email?

Thank you and have a neat weekend.

Sorry Mods, if it the wrong cat, feel free to move it :)

How about posting the complete header, with your E-Mail address censored? Then we can see who's spam it really is.

Once again, just like the other E-mails, it's not Costa Dedes spam. Go to e-bizopp.net and at the bottom it says....

1.Just on a note. Never look at the email in the headers in spam. Everything can be changed in the header now a days, only thing that leaves you is the IP that send it which can also be a proxy.

200.79.242.60 even though is down looks like the same mexican IP like last time in the other thread where I posted the IP, so I believe its the same sender.

I think you're right and this one is not listed so it will not bounce as spam: http://www.senderbase.org/?searchBy=ipaddress&sb=1&searchString=200.79.242.60
These people purchase open servers IP to send their junk. For example 216.248.205.117 is the IP for newera200 (dot) com and this IP is in Kentucky. e-bizzop (dot) net has 200.67.154.251, this one is in Mexico but not in Cancun and his listed as a spammer (http://www.senderbase.org/?searchBy=ipaddress&sb=1&searchString=200.67.154.251)
So it seems that the guy used his own server to spam and got listed :) now he is using someone else server to spam until he will get listed and he will buy/rent another open server IP....

Yeah doesn't really matter though, they are his affiliates.

This idea that someone is not responsible for the behavior and actions of their affiliates is simply nonsense in the real world. Not sure how some internet businesses think they are somehow exempt from reality.

If his affiliates are spamming people, he is responsible.. Bottom line.

This loosey-goosey attitude where it is always someone else's fault for breaking the rules in their name is garbage.

If they are spamming people, then it is his responsiblity to get them to stop or remove them as affiliates. If he doesn't then he is just as responsible and deserves any negative reputation that creates.

I have to wonder if this actually works. I used to get about ten from this guy a day - I never heard of him unless it was in spam. I finally just blocked his last name on my content filtering.

Unfortunately I can no longer have friends with the last name Trujillo
