Well frankly speaking affiliate marketing is comprising of many such activities that also includes free resource listing / directories and submissions. As I am in just the incubation stage for my affiliate program therefore I am not going for sort of premium services after having gone through the list have a missed any critical sources for free listing?

I would say that some of them directories listed will just send a trickle of traffic if not hardly any at all, but then some of them will give you a good amount of traffic and also some good affiliate signups to your affiliate program/s.
