Photo Hosting Website -- Professional design and logo. **Selling for Cheap**

Hi there,

I am interested in selling my website www.shareyourpics.net. It is feature full and fully functional web based photo hosting website. You can offer your visitors free and/or paid website hosting subscriptions. You can decide whether or not what functions you would like turned on or off, for example if you only wanted your free accounts privledges to uploading photos only and not access to the other features (360 Spins, Portfolios, Albums, etc) you have the ability to change this via admin panel. You may also select a lot more than just the two plans it has as of now. Right now there are a FREE and Gold Plan just for example. You may easily add more, whenever you like VIA admin panel.

Everything is customizable. The text can all be edited VIA admin panel, and you may add Google Adsense to the right sidebar via index.php. I have not done this due to the fact that I have had no time to put into this.

This website comes with the logo, and the customized design and header.
The Demo Account on the front page is not activated yet. So it will not work right yet, until you create one.

Hosting is currently with Hostgator, but will transfer to another place if necessary.

This website has no traffic stats as of yet, and is not currently making any revenue due to the fact that I havent promoted it. This is a great website to establish as Photo Hosting websites are extremely in the want right now.
You can also have the option to customize the branding of the images with advertisers that pay you to add their branding to your subscribers imaages. This would be a great money maker.

The reason I am selling right now, is that I have developed this site for it to be in working order for its new prospective owner, and I just do not have the time to put into promoting it right now.

Revenue can be made through Google Adsense, Overture, and by placing branding on subscribers images through advertisers that pay you to put them there.

what script does the site use?

The script that my site is operating under is called Ktools. I purchased this script for $295 back in January 2006 and included in it was a year of free upgrades. This is the latest version so whenever they come out with a new update you will need to contact them for an upgrade. Here is what is included:
UPGRADES

You will receive access to free upgrades for any software that you purchase from Ktools.net for 1 year. Example: If you purchase PhotoStore 2.x you will receive free upgrades for any PhotoStore updates made up to one year from your purchase date. This also includes new versions (example PhotoStore 3.x, 4.x, etc) as long as they are released within a year of your purchase date.

Upgrades after your 1 year free upgrades period will be priced from $9 to $95 each depending on the upgrade. Upgrades after your initial 1 year period can be purchased by Contacting us.

Free upgrades do NOT include:
Installation of the updated files
Server changes
Server configuration, setup or support
Installation of PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin or any other server modules or scripts other than the ones included in the software
