but you'd have to promote the product and work for it

Thank you for the link. PPA Adsense could turn out very nice for publishers if there is a good offer you could sell to your visitors. But i doubt payouts will stay high like that just for a sign up.

They didn't mentioned anything in the application..

Yes but they are accepting only previously registered Adsense publishers to apply.

wooo hooo, that's what I was looking for from google, know I think I will stop all other program's I'm currently running and stick with google for this too.

Of what i've heard it's still initially available in the U.S.

Yes you have to fill their application form with your adsense ID..
