I never even came close to running out of space anyway...

 

Well hotmail gives you 10gb and i am lucky to use 5mb so...

 

really i wonder if anyone ever use email space beyond 5GB..even half of us here wont use 1 GB..

my space is used is around 100 mb something..

Unlimited space is like those unlimited food offers where you pay $10 and eat as much as you like. Those guys know you can't stuff in food that even cost them $10

 

I don't understand why these email companies advertise "unlimited space", please... I don't have more than 300 megs.

For competition, I believe gmail will improve its storage later.

 

what to improve when you have unlimited storage? its all gimmick..

 

It was the gmail who started the game and its Yahoo who outperformed them.

 

what are we going to do with the space? we also need to be able to attach large files! If email company releases that, now that would be cool!

 

makes sense..now thats a real feature..unlimited storage is the thing of the past

 

They probably limit the bandwidth use so it'd be impossible to get anywhere near trouble for yahoo

 

I barely use what I have but this could be a really great marketing scheme for Yahoo.

 

yes, that is a very good news. but then rediff has also unlimited space.
perhaps gmail will also give unlimited space now!

 

There is really no point for this. Out of my 2 gigs in gmail i only used 2 percent. And i got so many emails!

i like unlimited space but i want more than 10mb attachment filesize. hope they provide that soon.
