First, you get some excellent niche content that you won’t find anywhere else. We have articles on LCD and Plasma TV technology, Slingbox, DirecTV, etc. I think you know that with the move to HDTV in America and the confusion over which new TV to get, BluRay or HD-DVD, etc. that this is a great niche. I think we have 33 articles and I’ve got 5 more in the works.

Second, you get to monetize the site. The next step would be to blend the Adsense (ㅁ new wordpress theme would be good), increase traffic, and sell text links. Using a broker you should have no trouble turning this into a low $xxx/month site thanks to the niche. Directv and Satellite TV providers should be active link buyers.

I put Adsense on the site to see what would happen and the ads are not really blended or well-placed but they still brought in a few clicks, The site has been displaying Adsense since September 24th, 2006. It has earned about $22.05 since then. This is a chance to buy a site with excellent potential that has not been realized yet.

The site is PR 4 and all incoming links I either paid for permanently, got naturally, or submitted to free directories. The links are here to stay. Some come from quality paid directories such as jtrotta.com, umdum.com, sevenseek, directory.v7n.com, and aviva

Traffic is light, but increasing. The new owner will work to increase that. In Jan, 2007 we had 329 uniques. In Feb. we had 572. In March we have 649 so far. MSN, Google, and Yahoo are all sending us some traffic.

We’ve got this thing started the right way with awesome, original content, hundreds of dollars worth of quality directory listings, and natural links thanks to the strong content. You can take it from here.

This is not an auction. The site will sell for $1300 but not for less.

After not receiving an acceptable offer, I listed the site at Linkworth, offering hompeage links for $18/month. So far we have 3 takers.

I'm not sure if we can transfer the advertisers once the site is sold or if the buyer has to start over selling text links. Someone familiar with the niche or willing to take time to become familiar with the niche will have no trouble finding advertisers.

There are also more excellent articles on the site now.

I'm still willing to let this site go for $1300.

This site is a year older now. Over 100 pages of very nice content indexed by Google. Selling because TV is not my business so someone else can monetize better than I. Looks like about 100+ uniques/day - guess that's organic since I don't do anything to promote the site other than add content.

Still willing to let it go for 1300 USD. PayPal or escrow.com. Domain is with domainsite.
