I just checked the site: command on google for my main domain and noticed a huge indexed pages increase from about 185K to over 500K. The API doesn't show any increase, however. Did anyone else notice a huge increase within the last day or so?
One site jumped from 20K to 76k pages... I didn't even know I had so many pages... And the coop isn't detecting them Still the same weight
I'm seeing the same thing here from 28k to 77k, I think it will take a while for API and weight tocatch up. Ian
it's a good time to pump pages into G they are playing catch up. They got a bit caught out. We'll soon see a new meaningless number on the front page. At the moment Y is much more fun as they detect and readjust backlinks on a daily basis. Whilst godd old G is lumbering on Y M and increasingly A are delivering highly usable results. Excluding geek, news and anything electronic / computer Y M A are catching up faster over the last 4 weeks. Expat PS On G pay for call is the new frontier to watch if you're in local searches
WE have a huge increase as well here. from 100000 to 276000 pages for 1 domain from 162000 to 441000 for another domain.. I wonder how long this index continue..
Same thing... From 88K to 239K. Problem is - we only have 20K pages. If I use the "INURL" command, I get even a different #. This number is also way inflated. What gives?
Article Depot went from 21K to 59K It will be interesting to see if this sticks. The fact that the API isn't reporting it is the only thing that makes me think it will revert.
Increase on one of my sites as well, but I think actual pages is the same. I get this at the end of the listings and it only shows 1% of the previous indexed pages In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the xxx already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included.
