non-US residents owning a .US domain?

    I guess they can...very few registrars dont allow that.
    I've personally owned many .us domains inspite of being an Indian citizen.
    I had showed "foreign entity or business"

    I doubt registrars such as NameCheap.com and DomainSite.com require any proof. I'm a US citz so no clue really.

    I think they require you to submit your valid US address at Godaddy.

    what about GoDaddy? Does anyone here own a .US domain that lives outside the USA with GoDaddy?
