We have a site going that gets about 75,000 uniques a day and for the last 6 months averages about 800-1000 a day from Yahoo Publisher Network. Last week I saw this new advertising network called AuctionAds so I thought I would give it a run. To be perfectly fair I used the same colors and placement and put them into a 50/50 (or as best as I could) rotation. What I found was that AuctionAds is KICKING ASS. It seems like it takes a few days but the revenue is really picking up fast. I would continue this experiment but I am switching over fully now to AuctionAds. I took somewhat of a risk disclosing my data so please if you signup to auctionads use the link in my sig. thanks
this is really good news. i suddenly feel super excited. just got my invitation tru email. btw. can we use this together with adsense?? thanks
I just got my invite too, it looks like a great service. Has anyone put it into practice on a blog yet?
That seems like it would be the perfect site for auction ads. I bet your visitors are on ebay all the time. The more specific the niche the better for auction ads I think, and you have proven that.
I added it to my site yesterday. It's too early to say what the revenue will be like, but the CTR is running 3-4 times higher than Adsense.
The images near the text is one of the secrets, they convet more in clicks. The "no-no" part is that we only receive money if the clicks receive in sales (CPA instead of CPC), but if the target visitors are good enought, it can give you much more money than adsense.
What do you guys think about using auction ads on a site that focuses around music and lyrics? My main concern is will it convert since you don't get paid per click.
why did u need invitation? i signed up the account without anything. just filled ur personal infos and u can get account right now.
