Godaddy has technical problems

All my godaddy's hosted sites, save one, are down due to "technical difficulties".

How many of you are experiencing this?

I didn't (want to) believe all the bad press I read, but it seems to be true.

My domains are in the "dirt" as well .. did you now they changed there DNS name server from NS1.Secureserver.net ..to the NS5 and NS6 server stuff?

I got no notifications other than a lot of parked godaddy pages for days..

.. I swear I was going crazy to figure out what happened..and then they tried to tell me it was my issue..

Maybe it is time to cut out the swim suite sex stuff and work on the customers for once Mr. Parsons.. lol

I'm waiting to see how they respond. I just sent them a support request. But everything seems to point at the direction of another hosting company.

There are many options out there.

 

I was just experiencing problems with my Dedicated Server, some sites showing up and some not, restarted the Web Server, then restarted the server. Then went to some sites and some are showing and some aren't so I think it's a DNS problem and I'm hosted by Godaddy as well.

This is costing me money.

 

Yes, it does cost money... by the minute. That's why people get angry.

 

I have some problems today... I tried to create a redirection but i was only seeing error messages.

 

I went to Namepros' - other's there have issues as well, couple mentioned that it was ISP specific and could be related to the DST (Daylight Savings Time) patch and earlier implementation.

I called GoDaddy but there was over a 7 minute wait, by the time I saw 4 more sites resolve and work, I hung up, looks like it's not my server and the problem resides at the ISP or Hosting Company.

 

My sites are up now. I'll be checking them. But this was over 1 hour of downtime already.

 

I had no idea until I logged into D.P. and saw this thread. Judging from my stats, my sites were down 2 hours.

It appears they just came up about 15 minutes ago.

I just know those were the exact 2 hours that the peple who buy stuff were planning to vist too!

 

I wonder if this is why I havent heard from their tech support in 8 hours and my domain transfer to them isnt worked.

Backup was the first thing I did as soon as I was able. Thank you bochgoch.
