    scriptillusion still has not provided the files and insists on access to our server to run some type of "installer".

    We are requesting that the seller simply zip and send the files or give us access to his cpanel accounts. We believe our request is both reasonable and customary for site sales.

Sorry if you feel inconvenienced in anyway by us giving you the free installation. It is usually appreciated by other buyers, however, in this case is a necessity.     With all due respect, a week has passed and we still do not have the web files.

    You apparently do not know how to simply zip/send the php files or give us cpanel account information. And yes we have sent no less than half a dozen pms trying to work this out with you professionally and politely, but you keep making excuses and putting up blockers.

    Please just zip the files or provide cpanel access and we will be on our way.
