Selling UK Make money online Blog and forum

This site has sat there doing nothing for nearly a year, Ive been too busy with work to do anything with it. Unique design for both the blog and forum. Unique content on the blog .

The forum has recently had some paid posts on it but are generally very good quality , assume no forum activity however as its never been marketed.

The domain is very catchy/brandable and had an offer of £1500 just for the domain 12 months ago .

Assume no revenue, it hasnt been monitored for a long time, i believe it gets occasional clicks but nothing worth talking about.

vbulletin licence is NOT included as its not transferable.

Assume no traffic as well , the site gets basically 5 uniques a day now as it hasnt been promoted and there hasnt even been any posts added to the blog since april last year . While there was posts being added every week the site was getting between 50 - 100 unqiues a day but that slowly died out over time.

Let me get this right, you are selling a site/forum that is dead, with no traffic and no revenue, neglected for a year, no vb license, and your starting bid is $500.00 ?
I think you may need to lower your aspirations !

 

Considering there has been a $500 offer already and 3 other enquires i don't think it was an unrealistic starting price.

However your opinion which are entitled to was taken on board....although obsolete.

Wasnt being defensive at all, was merely stating that there was already a bid in the value which "you" feel it too much. Much like most people here people many have different perceptions of "expensive" and some dont see the value in certain things. Its not your fault.
