    2) Exclusive MyBB Forum Theme Installed in it..
    3) Preimium Plugins already installed
    4) Forum Database over 7K post and 1K users.
    5) Full Copyright permission over my designs there.
    6) Unlimited Shared Hosting with it, for one year free.

    Note: Forumeze & Forumese both is owned by me, I am selling the site with the domain forumese.com as it has a larger number of backlinks. In the other Hand, after the sale, I have other plans to make with forumeze.com

    forumeze.com is the domain that has the Google rankings, I'd only be interested if you sold with this domain.

    I don't believe you're going to just hold on to the domain that has the rankings then do nothing with it. I see forumeze.com also had posts as recently as two days ago before being put into maintenance mode. No doubt both are running from the same database with users finding the site through the domain you're retaining, and forumeze.com will be back open the minute you complete a sale.

    No deal.
