Selling Selling Clickbank Ready Website (trade is option as well)

I have decided finally to sell (or trade) this website:

I will admit it right away, last time when I listed it I got infraction as I didn't set reserve and highest bid was like domain cost + beer. That got me infraction as I broke forum rule.

So this time site will be sold or traded.

Just a bit details about website... Every 5th man on the World has issues with "his thing" and this book provides tips to get over that.

Site sells ebook, that you will get money for (when each copy is sold). You can find affiliates trough clickbank or click2sell or paydotcom.com to promote your book, or you can simply set PayPal or Moneybookers checkout and promote it yourself and keep all the funds for yourself. Find some lower PPC network (not adsense) and setup campaign, do a bit seo... There are ton's of ways to promote website like this...

Here is one more simple calculation.

If you sell 3 copies of a book for a month at let's say $27 each, that's $51. So it's quite easy to say how you can get your money back.

I'm open for offers.
