    I am selling this highly potential site because I simply don't have time to maintain it.

    Even without me updating the content for about 2 weeks, this site still getting stable visitors & incomes.

    85% traffic from Search Engine
    50% traffic from US (the rest from another premium countries like UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, etc)

    Keyword 'medium hairstyles' according to google keyword tools got:

    Where are the ad positioned on the site, i cannot see them.

    Yup, all articles are unique.

    I don't use google analytics for stats, just histats stats.

    I put the ads off before offering the site to public, because I don't want somebody clickbombing the ads.

    Can you please verify the site ownership? Your ad sense screenshots are not from the URL Channel from you're selling so it's not clear that the income is from this website!

    As I believe that traffic is not the regular or natural traffic your site usually gets, as we can see traffic went up on 13th that's just after the day you started the DP thread, which means site traffic went up because DP buyers visited your site in those days. That may happen to anysite which is listed for sale in DP. As buyers we consider about the average traffic a site gets with in the last 2 or 3 months.

    Please check the stats specifically on those days when traffic spike up...

    90% of traffic come from search engines, not from referring sites including DP...

    As I know, recently some of my pics got rank on page 1 for some keywords, that's why the traffic going up...

    Estimated today's traffic: 703 UV

    Estimate is incorrect it has only 579 at the end of the day which means that traffic spike is temporary and it'll drop to normal in few days. That's why most DP buyers trust only Google analytics among other tracking methods.
