The sites are all Wordpress sites. The theme is 100% custom and all of the plugins are included. You can create new sites fairly quickly using the setup included for these.

This network of sites was started in June 2012, though some of the sites have existed in some state or another for a while. On average, the network earns about $375 per month with the vast majority of traffic coming from search engines. No paid marketing has every been done for this network.

The buyer of this network will receive 30 days of access to my server to migrate the sites to their server. After 30 days, I will turn the server off. You will also receive access to any accounts associated with these sites, like Twitter.

The buyer should have the ability to run Wordpress sites and the capabilities to migrate the sites to your server. For $1000 extra, I will migrate the sites for you.
