Your Proof is original. But its available in India? And your domain pagerank is good?

 

They have rate between $0.5 - $3 different by country and niche! For US, UK, CA, AU, DE have $1 - $3, For Brasil and Mexico $1.5 - $2, different by day and campaigns.

For India it is available, and payment process can be talked at support on skype or email!

Their dashboard might look a bit odd, perhaps unreliable, but everything works out fine. Their rates are quite reasonable; not the highest I've got though. Popcash people are very friendly, and well.. I decided to continue with their popunders after some trial.
