Buying Want to buy traffic for site visits and form Submission

I have a new website application in which I want people to visit and try.
I want people to visit the site and also try the web applications (it is a special survey / tool for budgeting)

Requirements:

1. All traffic must be from North America ONLY (will be verified on Google Analytics)
2. Traffic to stay for at least 60 seconds
3. Visitors to try the web application and actually submit the form.
4. I am looking for a lot of traffic (in the thousands)
5. no bots
6. all human
7. all interested and will stay on the site.

I need the traffic ASAP so please let me know. I will pay through PAYPAL only.

Must be real.

Best bet is something google adwords, bulk traffic you buy from anyone cant say long each person will stay on your site or if they will be interested, if its real humans. that is.

 

I would have to agree with you dicecities. Requirements listed just aren't very realistic. How can you make someone stay on your site for a minimum amount of time? Even if there is a certain niche which is very common to provide as a traffic seller, you can't force someone to stay on your site for an x amount of time let alone make them fill out a form.

 

i would suggest you not buy any traffic because google will penalize your site if you don't get natural traffic visitors.

 

I appreciate the response. I dont expect every single one to stay for 60 seconds, I just don't want them to stay for .5 seconds.
I want to get targeted traffic.

The site is a cool app and related to the US elections which is a hot topic so I will see a spark of interest or try
