Buying I need a to make a Wordpress form!

    I need to make a form on Wordpress with specific fields that only registered users can use, details about the form:
    1- (button) upload a pic (I can control the size from the setting, is should resize it to a specific dimensions I set on the setting too)
    2- (field) Name of the pic
    3- (field) description
    4- (select scroll) Select a category
    5- (check button) For sale? (Check button, if yes, show a field for price)
    6- (button) Submit! (Then it'l be on draft)

    and then I can approve each post from the admin dashboard.

    How much is this going to cost, and how long time does it take?

    I have more ideas I want to develop but once I find the good programmer I will continue work with them!
