I am Webmaster since 2 Years and I never Have a chat with Female Webmaster, I means when I chat on Dating site and on chat rooms, there are lot of girls, But in forums, I never see Any female Or girlish Post, Now i get to know that Girls are Very Hesitant to Became a Webmaster, Do you think So? and are you afraid of females Webmaster or they Afraid Us?

Women are no diffrent than men and i respect all women maybe they are very few in this field but there is nothing a women cant do on a computer that a man can do, i have had some dealings with women in this field and they were actually more informed and more pro than many "male" webmasters. Women .oh well i can go on for ages
