Is this an expired domain that you are using?

I am also curious as to how you plan to promote the site?

    What are your submissions rules?

    Thanks.

It was just bought I made an enquiry about the domain myself. My question is IF a site doesn't have the same content as previously it willl loose PR fast if so how fast?

PR is not related to content, it will only lose PR if people remove links which may happen if what they are linking to is no longer relevant.

Isn't PR at least somewhat related to content, according to the Google PR patent? Do a google search for "google pagerank patent" for a description. The actual patent is public, while its implementation is of course VERY private. And subject to change. I would think the PR of a site has to be somewhat related to content,

    Or, am I wrong?

I did it before - and it didn't lose any PR
People don't remove links once they are there...

Where can we buy expired domains cheap with high pageranks?

Guess we could watch for sites with lists of expired domains (today? everyday?) and then check their pagerank manually.

Or, look for a site that does that for us. Anyone know where we can find those info sites on expired domains?

    Level1 try this:
    snapnames.com

Brian - the tool that you use is not accurate. Google show you the true links on your sitemap tool.

In fact I once bought a PR7 domain and I am sorry that I sold it.
I added all my websites to it and the impact was amazing. I got first page on Google for a lot of keywords. too bad the new owner removed my links...

It's Pagerank not Contentrank. Has nothing to do with content, and everything to do with your rank in backlinks.

Dubz - it doesn't really matter - the site has PR6 which means that it is strong with Google. So any link from it will be strong.

I can make a deal with you. Buy a link and if in one month your keyword doesn't improve I will give you full refund :)

I never buy links from two types of site. Wordcloud and expired domains.

No-harm intended---but if one is to buy an expired PR6 domain- he/she must work hard to keep the PR by extracting/following the backlinks and keeping them alive. He/she has to work hard for months-- to build new links and keep the old ones. If the PR remains the same and then they will get really good demand--because PRs on old domain are very trusted.
