Most have PR as can be seen and Google Update is getting close with
about 1 and half months left.

Most Have been redone and are sharp looking directories with 3-5 link Mods already installed on (3 Directories) and the rest being upgraded

Very Doubtful that you see the prices this low again as most will have Link juice (PR) everywhere and All will be set on thier own "Individual ips" this week.
