    I have a PR5 high traffic entertainment site I am looking to sell.

    The reason I am selling is due to personal reasons ( Yea -ex wife related )

    The site gets anywhere from 1500 - 4000 uniques a day and sometimes spikes of 10,000 uniques

    Custom script with awesome backend,

    Some script features include

    1) tag system for media
    2) FLV videos can be uploaded and played
    3) banner management system
    4) User profiles
    5) Internal message system between members

    and much more...

    The site is 2 years old and 20,000 incoming links

    As far as revenue , it varys

    Fastclick on an average $80 - $120 a month

    If I use yahoo sometimes its $100 - 500 a month depending on traffic and ad positioning

    I am starting the bid at $1500 because of age, features, traffic and revenue.

    Traffic was less......serps change..things become un popular.....the norm, every site has slow days and then they have super days....

    I see spikes as well, :)
