This is very common practice in web hosting industry due to increasing number of fraud.

And you should have politely asked us by opening a support ticket in billing department that you can not provide proof of payment, we will be gladly going to issue full refund, because it is better to issue refund rather then getting a chargeback after the services are delivered.

Mostly fraudsters don't provide proof of payments, that does not means you're fraudsters, but we need to keep our self at safe end also.

A paypal dispute will lead you to no where, what you need to do is open a billing ticket and we will gladly send a full refund, because its far better then a sudden chargeback.

I have been on the web for 20 years and i have been with paypal for years and my reputation is 100% so as for me being a fraud is crap.

I have dealt with many hosting companies and never showed any one my own personal details and you can go stick your hosting if you think i am going to show you my personal details or my passport, you are invading peoples privacy and that's against the law, i will be notifying the authorities about your illegal doings.

The web verification should only be done through a link sent to my email.

Not even Paypal does what you are doing.

You will not get away with this, i will now escalate the paypal claim and notify all authorities about what you are doing.

And according to company TOS clients information remains between you and company, and I'm just a worker at the company.

If you think this is some kind of scam then google regarding paypal/credit card scams and you should get to know about this, and almost every legit hosting provider will ask you to provide proof of your payment, if you've made a transaction above $50.

MOstly old people (51 in this case) start this type of conversations , see , really to avoid fraudsters , it's a must for many legit hosting companies to ask these proofs , so they are away from any risks....

 

MYOB, Microsost, PayPal, Adobe, and many many more are Registered Companies and they will never ask the things you are asking, they all send an email with a link back to their website to verify, what you are doing is an invasion of PRIVACY.

You have been reported and i will make sure you will be caught by the authorities.

Don't know about others, but paypal do ask for your personal details most of the time (to verify your identity)

 

Bullshit, i have been with PayPal for many years and i am also a verified customer and they have NEVER asked for PASSPORT ID, License ID or anything like that, they do it all through email links and they send money a small amount of money to my bank account and i have to verify the amount they sent me, then i use a credit card for back up funds, so stop your bullshit about this, i am not an idiot and you are doing this ill legally.

YOU have my name and surname, YOU have my address and suburb, YOU have my mobile phone number, YOU have my PayPal details, I have answered you through my Email, so WHY do you need to see (PASSPORTS) and (LICENSES)? They have numbers on them and those numbers can be used for Identity theft.............So Why do you need those?

 

You bullshit too much, because my payment was INSTANT there was no waiting or pending for my payment and that is because i am a verified paypal customer with a Private and Business Account, so don't tell me you didn't get instant payment, so your argument about Un-Authorized payment with ME is crap.
