Maybe you should send them an e-mail. And use AdBlock to block your own ads. And use ca-test when doing design tests. That should be enough, no therapy :)

I've learned to accept that there is never 100% chance you won't get banned on Adsense, and have taken just about every caution to prevent click fraud in my power. I couldn't stand checking logs every two minutes, making sure AdLogger was accurate, and other junk. I wish Adsense would team up with us to prevent getting click bombed :(

I think there is too much worrying about AdSense tossing people. Egregious cases yes, but a click here or there won't hurt once in awhile.

    Give YPN a look too!

if you accidentally click on your ads, it's ok. to relieve your worries, you might have to write email to google to notify them about it.

Dude, don't be so afraid of accidental clicks. Adsense automatically filters out those clicks. (I tried a few clicks myself and they were worth $0)

And, why are you so afraid of getting banned? It's not like the end of the world when you're banned. Don't forget that there is direct advertising which pays 2 to 3 times as much.

If you love Adsense this much, i'd suggest you try working harder to achieve Premium Publisher status which would entitle you as "invincible". Should ordinary adsense staff upsets you, give your personal account manager a warning gesture.

I think for a first offense the most they will do is warn you of invalid clicks/impressions...

"...to become a premium publisher, your site(s) must have at least 20,000,000 (Yes, 20 million) page impressions per month..."

    Sounds easy. :D

Are you a premium publisher?? If you are not, i would say that it is incredibly stupid from your part to have clicked a few time on your own ads to "test out" the system.

Just calm down, Adsense is just another site monitezation tool. Perhaps you can venture into the more lucrative world of adding ffiliate programs to your website.
