Google omits results in "site:domain.com" queries

    I was shocked to see that my indexed pages are reduced to 260 from 8,480 for my main site a few minutes ago. :eek:

    But after looking at it in detail i found that google started to omit results for "site:domain.com" queries too.

    I dont know if it is new or not but i would like to share it with you..

    No i am saying something different. The pages are still indexed but they are hidden and i just need to click on "repeat the search with the omitted results included" to see them!

    Here is that famous message which i did not see before for backlink check although i was using a FF plugin for that check.

    I've been seeing that 'famous message' for at least a year (when I started looking!)
