Buying Looking to Buy Income Earning Websites

Hello fellow DPers',

We are buying groups of sites for investment purposes.

We will consider any market/niche (family friendly).
Amazon, Clickbank, Adsense, advertising
sales, ecommerce and most any other revenue sources.

Do not ask or PM about our budget - we have money, it isn't an issue.

We do have some minumum standards in order for us to consider making
you an offer for your web property.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Family Friendly Only - No Porn, Gambling, Fileshare, Torrent, Proxy, etc.
3. English Sites Only
5. Must provide at least 2 months proof of income (willing/able to use screenshare if asked)
7. No blacklisted, deindexed sites (will consider sites under penalty if still earning)
9. No sites where the main source of traffic is through PPC, paid advertising or social media.
11. Must be willing to use escrow.com for transaction if we ask (we will either split or pay all fees)
13. No turnkey or cookie-cutter sites (unless they are earning income)

We will evaluate each website on its own merit. In some instances, we may even consider
a "non-family friendly" site if it makes sense to us from a financial perspective. This
would be a rare exception however.

We may ask you to provide some valid contact information (name, phone, etc) so that we
can contact you personally. It is nice to know who you are dealing with (most legit individuals
would agree on that point) and will allow the transaction process to move along more smoothly
and expediently.

If you're ready to sell your website, we want to buy it (provided you meet at least the req's above).
Please don't contact us if you are "on the fence" or unsure about selling, our time is valuable as
I'm sure yours is also. Only those that are ready to make a deal NOW should get in contact with us.

We can also use Paypal depending on the transaction amount and the individual we're dealing with. We
encourage you to include your full name and phone number when contacting us initially. It will help
raise the "trust" factor for both sides if we should come to an agreement on price.
