Selling Active general forum for sale.

I no longer have time to take care of my active general forum - The Circle of Life

It had over 6,000 members but I delete inactive accounts all the time, so now there's nearly 3,000 members. The most users online at one time was 131 on 06-30-2012 at 07:41 AM. There are over 8,000 threads and over 42,000 posts.

The moderators are active and loyal and all staff work voluntarily.

Domain registered at GoDaddy till 11/11/2012.
Site hosted by NameCheap for $8/m so you must move it to your own server. This needs to be done by you as I don't have a lot of experience in this area.

AwStats (Analytics not set up)

It makes little to no revenue but has made a few cents from AdSense(had one ad on the footer of the index page for a couple of days) and AdBrite(when it was running for 2 days). You can also make revenue from V.I.P. memberships and advertising sales. I've made $5+ from Adf.ly.

The domain is PR2 and has a few inner pages with PR as well.
It has several hundred backlinks(had 10k or so when was .info), about 87,900 index pages in Google.
Global Alexa rank was steadily at 300k(peaking at 100k) when we were on .info but since moving to .net we are back up to 600k. We were 30k in the U.K. and did well in other countries.
Page 9 for "off topic forum" on Google, although I am not trying to rank for any specific keyword(s).
Ranks page 1 for "lifes circle", page 2 for "the circle of life", page 5 for "virtual cam", page 1 for "ewhoring"(and all similar search terms such as "ewhore packs"), page 5 for "hackforums.net, etc.

This site has huge potential.
Not sure what I'm looking for as far as price goes. I'm taking offers. No low-ballers. Please don't waste my time or yours.

What about member stats? (members, registrations, posts per day, etc.)

"Analytics is not set up" - then set it up... Awstats is completely irrelevant for making a sound decision.

The other question is not answered. How many posts per day? New registrations per day?

 

Analytics is not set up. I will not be setting it up on this site. I've used it before and I prefer AwStats.
And you can get the daily statistics simply by going onto the site and clicking Forum Statistics.

What attitude? I answered your questions. I'm not going to sit here and waste my time with "lols" in a sales thread or draw you a map to the answers. Sorry if you see this as "attitude" but this is a sales thread, not a discussion thread.
