    Your banner is horrid looking, maybe see if someone from the graphics section would make you a new one?

    Yea that banner is amazingly horrid. Otherwise it looks like just another webmaster forum. Nothing wrong with that.

    Kinda looks like Digitalpoint, but blue and with a horrible logo and a few broken images.

    I'd skip the lightning if I were you, it doesn't make any sense to have it.

    A few things. First, see if you can get your own favicon. Second, different logo with no lightning and matching the background color. Lastly, try to have a main idea behind your forum. People should be able to go to it and know exactly what they can do there.
