what's happen? i bid $0.5 but yesterday msn up my bid to $281.58 i set monthly budget = $10000 and select option "spend to depletted" help me please! asiram
Holy crap, thats got to hurt mate. I would suggest contacting msn and telling them the issue. That is your only option.
I've got the exact same thing on both my adcenter accounts, ads that have been making money or have been idle for a while now averaging $10-$20 per click for one keyword where the base bid is very low, under $1. Anyone have any idea what's going on? are you on the beta adcenter? is it maybe a prob with them?
Hi All Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is a known issue and our support team are working on analysing the root cause and providing a solution. We'll post back when we have more news. Thanks for your patience. Regards adCenterEU
Sorry it isn't 1 click = $281.58 (avg this month) it is 1 click = $843.92 (yesterday 02/22/2007) my god! asiram

This is an issue that is occurring with many people's accounts. It looks like their support is slammed too. I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to speak to someone.
Yeah i'm disliking adcenter more an more recently > the ajax user interface is pretty slow > it takes ages to get campaigns approved > the CPC is nuts im paying up 600% more on keywords compared with google adwords
Update: The adCenter team are still ascertaining the root cause in order to implement a resolution. We completely understand your frustration with this issue and are pulling out all the stops to bring it to a swift conclusion. Once we have fixed the issue we will decide on which and how customers are credited for any overspend due to the error and we hope you'll bear with us while we investigate. We'll post back in the next 3 hours with further updates. Thanks again for your patience on this matter. Regards adCenterEU
Lol lucky i had a low monthly budget set! Im talking to a rep now. they said it's a known problem and they will be contacting me personally when it's fixed, there est. that it will be fixed by this afternoon. If your card has been billed then the billing dept. will deal with it, and if it hasent a rep will credit your acct.
We had a bunch of these too - the MSN people are running around dealing with it and obviously all overpriced clicks will be credited back. Asiram don't feel too bad - according to one of the people I know at MSN the highest CPC so far has been $1,200. The biggest headache with it is that many people are hitting their budgets and the accounts are pausing.....
Hi everyone, I just got word from the Support team that this issue is now resolved and those of you who were overcharged, we're working on a plan to credit your accounts for over-charges as soon as possible. I will keep you posted here and will update you as soon as I know more. Thank you for your patience with this. --adCenter411
i am waiting. now i pause my ads but i want to resume my ads. i still use adcenter because adcenter has quality click. thank you every body. asiram
Yup. Same thing happened to me. 25 cent max CPCs are up to $28. This must be just a reporting issue. Still waiting on a reply from adcenter.
Hi everyone, Just a small update here - Those of you who were affected by this issue - your account will automatically be credited the amount you were overcharged.
