    Lyrics Mash was designed with search engine indexing and adsense revenue in mind, everything is coded in such a way to maximize search engine indexing and adsense returns.

    Lyrics Mash is designed using a template system. The header and footer are all in one file so you only have to change them once and they will be changed accross all 170,000 pages.


    Also I left a lot of room for the new owner to easily place ads throughout the site without the site looking congested.

    The site is new with very little traffic and minimal adsense earnings. I have not promoted the site yet. I did add a forum for additional adsense earnings potential. However adsense is not where you will make cash on this website. My plan for revenue was to offer free MP3 downloads from several affiliate programs that pay anywhere from $2 - $9 per signup (one program in particular offers 25 free downloads and pays you $6 for the referral) as well as offer a retail section selling MP3 players and other related items. I also put up a forum http://www.lyricsmash.com/forum that just needs the graphics tweaked and categories added that will be the major revenue source. The site has huge potential for someone who has a couple of hours a day to invest, unfortunately at the time that person can't be me.

    Starting bid lowered to $200. This is a site we purchased from another member a couple of months ago. We paid $300 for it, submitted it to the major SE's and changed the backend code to get rid of a few bugs. The price includes full source code and reselling rights.

    What about copyright law(s), do you have to pay a fee to use the lyrics on the website or are they considered public domain?.
