FD and Termination File

    I was processing through First Data and all of a sudden FD closed the accnt stating high risk and after 2 months sent a letter to refund 2500$. I agreed to refund but later found that they put my name in Merchant Termination file.

    I told them that I will pay u back yr money but u first have to remove my name from TF but they not agreering.

    What shld I do now ?
