Domain was registered on the 17th of may and launched on the 20th and already ranking on page 2 of google.com.au sitting a number 15 for free web host and page 3 for web host


Site is averaging 2 Sign ups per day!

Has already sold 1 Annual web hosting account profit is $24 site is co-branded the company takes care of all customer support requests etc.

The website is in it's infancy and has already had over 302 visitors less then a week old. stats are for around 3 days


You could keep it running as is hands off and make around $100 per month or you could market the site around forums or to offline businesses and make a good income.

mate its a .au extension. The new owner cannot legally own this without an Australian Business number. You should prob disclose this.

Australia registered company (or a foreign
company licensed to trade in Australia), (b)
a sole trader or partnership trading under a

the applicant for or owner of an Australian
registered trade mark.

The contact details can be changed to anyone. But the Change of registrant can not be done unless
you are foreign company licensed to trade in Australia.

So it can be owned by someone outside Australia or the name can be kept under my ABN with the contact details and domain pass to the new owner

if not a company it is well worth setting up a company though if you want to get .au names.

 

well he could keep domain and you just use the .com or .org version

 

and just put a forward from that domain to your new domain

 

yes would be possible with a 301 redirect for ranking purposes however it would be better if you kept the domain .au domains are also worth a far bit on there own

if the new owner has the domain pass they can control the domain anyway have seen a few international own .au domains this way but if your going to purchase more then one it's better to setup a company to trade in Australia costs is around $600 I think or 1f someone does it for you.
