Yieldads Publisher Account Tabs Options

    Yesterday when I logged in to my Yieldads Publisher Account I saw only two Tabs were there and can only see few options like Reports and My Account. So, I can not do anything except checking Reports and Edit My Account. I don't know where other options are gone. I can not even see my websites list to add Tags because the Tabs have only two options Reporting and My Account, there is no option of Tags.

    I would like to confirm from other Yieldads Publishers what options they can see in their Account Tabs? I want to know whether the problem is only in my account or other users are also facing it. Kindly reply with the Screenshot of your account, if possible. Thanks!

    Your account no problem...All public Yieldads see 2 tag only

    Yeh they're on RMX and networks have the option of showing or hiding the other tabs, e.g. tag generation, viewing of rev share, channels, etc.

    I don't know how is it possible because I have been using Yieldads since August, 2010 and have always seen Tags Tab and I used to generate Tags from Tags Tab. There was the list of my websites and banners size with popups and rich media and I went there for generating Tags for my new website which was added 1 day ago but didn't find Tags Tab there.

    It's really a surprise for me because I used to generate Tags through Tags Tab and now I come to know that such option is not visible to the Publishers. So, it seems they had not noticed that my account has the Tags Tab visible?

    You now have to email / contact your account manager to get your codes.

    Yeah I know and it is really irritating to contact account manager every time I need to get Tag codes. I don't know why they don't able to solve this issue.
