Very upset that I got cheated by smith19 (DP user)

    I posted a project and this guy told me he will help me with it.

    After chatting for long, I had made a payment of $175 and I told him if possible to show me whatever he has done by the next day. His response was ok.

    After 2 days has passed, he did not even show me and requested me to close the charge against him via PayPal.

    I am super upset as I got SCAM by someone here.
