214$ per week - is it good ?

My last week stats are as below

Is this good ? considering site just started in August 2006.

 

I would edit the stats a bit - as you can display CTR etc

Is is a forum? as it looks like it is ok for a forum, but could be a lot better if a normal content site. Although it would also be useful to play about with the placement if it was a forum to try and increase the CTR... adsense works for some forums and not for others.

CTR could be better as well as CPC - and if both were better, then it would truly be a good income. As it stands, it is quite respectable for a relatively new site as many new sites can take a yr or more to become established.

Your CTR seems low.
$214 per week is good by any standards. But I think you could be doing much better.

 

why CTR and eCPM are so low? my ctr around 6-7% and eCPM $7-8 it's sad that i only get 70-80click per day and number of visitors is not increasing 800-1K unique visitors/day

It is not forum site. It is http://www.MobileMastee.com which is in top 56,000 Alexa rankings in just 6 months.

CTR is growing gradually and I hope if you look at ad placements, you would like it or you can suggest any chnages which could be done.

 

Well, you should try some large rectangles, leaderboards etc to bump up your CTR. half banner's that you are currently are the particular reason why your getting a low CTR (as per Joel Comm's adsense philosophy) and my own experience.

800$ monthly is a nice extra income for a many of us.
However you're not supposed to reveal that much detail about your stats

 

My average ctr is around 3%, yours will vary site to site, too many variables to peg what your site should be.

Thanks for advice. I have been trying many other ad formats as well. I have 2000+ Members in Group and i get feedback from them after each ad format.

With Large rectangles and Sky Scappers, site becomes full of ads, and group members do complain about it.

But thanks any way - I am thinking to advertise it on offline media - so far it is all Organic SEO.
