MSN Spam site review!!

This site http://www.au2ware.com MSN says is a spam site and I can't understand what the problem is, so if anyone has any input/feedback I would like to hear it.
It might also help understand their new "spam filter" and I guess a lot of people would be helped if we can find what is wrong with this site.

Too bad I can't post this under MSN but I have had posted moved before so.....

here's what MSNDude said about the site:
"The site is identified as spam, and I think probably correctly so -- it seem far more interested in ranking high than actually providing original, non-machine-generated/meaningful content for our users."

 

I really like the background!

Suggestions:
The left table: maybe make it light grey?
OFAC text on top, minimize it?
Add a stronger gradient on the white buttons on top

Title too long? Description? Content? I just can't figure out why they think it is a spam site.
Anybody who can figure it out?

I didn't think I had too many keywords, but I'll look into it! Is that in all META Tags?

 

Your title looks pretty spammy for a start

 

Fixed the RSS feed. If it's the meta tags, then it's going to be a balancing act between Google and MSN. Google and Yahoo doesn't have a problem with it.

 

I have dozens of sites that banned in msn for next to nothing in msn, either someone actually sits and reports them for minor things or they are banning for next to nothing now

If you have more than one site on an IP address and one of them are spammy, then all other sites gets removed too.
My site http://www.au2ware.com, I was told, was removed because it was a spam site and I am trying to figure out WTH they got that from.
It's a good test for everyone that has been removed from MSN to see if there are any similarities at all.

 

yeah I kind of thought that about ips but I find instances where its not true

on my sites its like if it has my adsense on its gone, so techically I could have made a friend who sits and reports my sites based on my adsense id, but some of sites there doesn't look like there is much to report, a couple of affilate pages, or an rss feed, some trade links , some trade lots of links, some don't trade links at all

Two things I noticed. You have very, very few incoming links and the site is very small. Put up at least 20 pages of all original content and get a few more links from different sources to your index page and a few to some of your interior pages. Also put more original content on your home page.
