Hi, well, its PR3..custom made template...two domains...expected almost 3k this month....blog post on PR5 phpldowners.com (20$ value)....sitewide link on phpldowners.com for one year (120$ value)...i think that a good webmaster can take the juice out of this directory of directories. The new owner will get a blog post at phpldowners.com also to present the "new" Lord of the Dirs.
