If you want to place ads on your site then just select "Ads Boxes", you will be able to choose an ad box format, customize colors, choose a category and get an HTML code to copy/paste on your site. Cheers

i get my own colours from dreamweaver or other webdesign/graphic design softwares, when google does not have them...

We only do PPC, no CPM. For arabic traffic, bids will definitely be low, as we have very little advertisers on those countries. But it's better than nothing, as most of PPC companies would have NO advertisers at all to cover those countries.
If by autosurf you mean PTR, answer is NO, definitely not. We propose targeted advertising for publishers and SEO webmasters, domain parking, etc...
