I need to face the truth, I really have no time to fix and maintain my little website. It's a website that include a Blog and a set of free SEO Tools that receive visits from all around the world, especially USA by the way and... it work! It can be monetized by SEO companies that want to offer services online, for example...

It can be fixed, updated, upgraded, changed... but will remain a good money machine.

Premium Domain, 3 years old, highly present in search engine, PageRank 3 and increasing, Alexa 50k, Crawled and re-indexed, Every DAY. You can reach it by simply querying "check my seo", "check seo score" and others... it will appear in first page, first position and so on.

Please pay attention, I never been able to monetize it with AdSense as the payment are suspended because I never received the card to unlock my account. So do not ask for incomes. This website born just as hobby for me, now I know that there are people who want to buy it but I will like to use a public marketplace to make it public and... to do things in a safe way.

To be honest when I started my project I never imagined to be able to make money with it. I can tell you that yesterday I checked the last installation of an AD Panel and it's starting now to produce some incomes, slowly...

The point is that I don't have time to pay attention to it and for how much you won't believe it my idea is to see it one day very popular and saying "Look what I created"

Hi gupafebp, the reserve price is relatively high but nothing if compared to the appraisal I had of $10,000.

lol the appraisal has given ridiculous price on most of the site based on aged of domain or avg traffic daily, my site is worth 80k as it said, but I think nobody will buy it for 2k zzz

Thanks minhvu141, the appraisal was not performed by one of those websites that give you automatically a value but from a "physical" company in Texas that make for me appraisal for my clients,

Second, there's a company that since 2 months ago is offering me directly 4k to buy it with a "condition" that I don't like that's why I am posting this BID here on DP.
If on DP everything is not going to go well, the BID will go on FLIPPA under the account of the company that made the Appraisal, they are going to sell it for even more but they are going to take a commission.

Quick Edit: ChkMe.com starts to receive incomes. Since the last 3 months, after I subscribed for a ADs provider, the website is producing incomes, increasing of $5 every month. The pageview increased from 32,000 to 53,619 and the Alexa Rank is of 55,252 and not 59,000 as DP show.

To be honest I have no idea for how much should I sell it. I still have requests that are privates and the 4k is just one of the big proposal I had from a SEO company in Florida. As I told to everyone I have an appraisal for 10k and the same company is going to start on Flippa, in case here on DP is not going to be sold, an auction for more than 10k with the fact that the website is not a Turnkey website, is an established one that is starting to produce incomes (see my previous comment) from advertisement. Furthermore this tool is a LEAD collector machine and the Florida company if will start to collect leads... will convert them in clients.

I accept here private PM with an offer, I repeat that as requirement I want that the new owner should show in a "About Us" page that the Tool has been created by me.

Yes, if I need to sell it in my way I want the credits. Otherwise full price on Flippa without credits.

Sounds absurd I know... but all my websites have credits saying my full name and that's all I want at the end.
