Yep, not only paid directories but with any directory if you build good quality backlinks.For example my old directory (Which i sold now) Links Arena have PR5 cats and many PR3/4 Listing pages oh and Image validation is now disabled permanently!

Well, it's because who knows it might be PR7 within 2 months Who knows and it's only 48 hours special! and we aer promoting our directory aggressively, so hope it will get more strength than before.
