    Create an input box for the promo code, and on the server side, if the promo code is a valid promo code, reduce the price by however much you would like to before checkout. (15.16% in this case)

    That would depend on your site, and how it's written. There's no generic "drop this in" code that you can just paste anywhere in any site.
