please PM me traffic (regardless if it's not on Google analytics at least a basis to see how much UV/PV it's getting and from what countries) and proof of income. What reserve do you have in mind as well. Thanks!

Why dont you want us to see Google Analytics ? I can see the code is installed.

30,000 posts in a month is pretty big for a relatively small active member base that is online at once. Have you paid for posting at all ? What is the average posts per day based on the last 6 months ?

Could you also answer why the .net is not include, i see you have "pm for details" next to the .net

Income is around $30 per month, but I feel more than this could be made if you were to using something like adsense. Currently just member banner ads are displayed. The reserve is currently $500.

Unfortunately I don't have access to Google Analytics.

No, it doesn't get 30k a month any more. Recently it has become quieter, mainly due to me not having the time to run it (hence the need to sell, rather than watch it 'die') though it still averages 200 posts a day. The .net will be included in the price now, sorry for the confusion.

Yes, that is correct. However the current hosts offer a great service, so I would strongly recommend staying with them.

Thank you everyone for your interest.

Can you explain this a bit, is it your site?
The site has this tracker in place.. ("UA-6158272-1")
Do you have control of the forum, files, database and URL?

    Are all these yours?

    Thanks

Yes, I own the website now, but the original founder who sold it to me, didn't provide me with the google analytics account details.

I own the domain, files, database and urls.

On the 3rd of January this post was made : http://swapitforum.co.uk/666_666_posts_Work_of_the_devil__about95784.html

666,666 posts , 5 weeks later the forum has generated an additional 29,000 posts. You say that your currently getting 200 posts a day average, thats roughly 9000 , where did the other 20,000 posts come from ?

Or am i missing something entirely ?

There are no domain name copyright infringement issues with swapit.co.uk?
Given this forum relies on swapit I am just a little concerned with stepping on swapit's toes.

There was a particularly large surge of posts around this time, mainly due to holidays, competitions and some paid posts. Based on the last month, I'd say 200 posts a day is about right, though obviously there are many varying factors.

My reason for selling is not having the time to run it (and sort of just losing interest). Though the forum doesn't need lots of managing, it does require active staff to keep the users active also.

No, Swapit is very well aware of the forum and whilst does not promote it, has accepted it.
