    hey, i own Fifa13.com, could someone give me an estimate in what they really think it's worth?

    I think it's quite a premium domain name. Fifa football game franchise is quite big.

    HMMM.

    Ok. I understand. They didn't bother filing a wipo for fifa12.. but it could happen.

    How much would a wipo filing cost fifa? Perhaps before they file it, they could contact me, and would could settle it, (they pay me less, than filing for a wipo)

    At least $1,500. From what I gather, they don't settle.

    There are no money damages in UDRP, just transfer or cancel the domain registration.

    Did you run that through their legal rather than, say, customer service? Assuming that email you quoted is correct, note they said "can" and not "will" approve.

    Of course, if they also find this thread, that can change things. Anyway...
