    Jupitermedia Corporation has sold its ClickZ.com network, SearchEngineWatch.com and SearchEngine Strategies show to UK based Incisive Media plc for $43 million in cash, the companies announced today.

    Maybe we will all get a free cup of tea at the conference now :)

    wow! that's a big news! and big deal for incisive media.

    although i think it too cheap if it's only one year's revenue. Something maybe wrong.
