Yes you can easily rank top1 for emd related keywords. You can definitely earn from Adsense.
Also it has high PR (5) so you can profit from link exchanges a lot also. PR5 links are going for $10/each on average / month.

 

Average CPC for domain name related keywords is $6 - with monthly searches of 2-4k on average

Yes, well it's still EMD for $5-7 CPC keywords And pagerank 3 is still a nice one I think.
