Buying US Writer Needed to Rewrite Web Content

I need to rewrite website content and add some content to several parts of it. Most of the work is rewriting part, so I need to keep the facts, but all sentences should be rebuilt/proofread, thus becoming unique. I will provide each piece of content in MS WORD (.doc) format. I will also provide a detailed description of what I need for each document (part of the website).
I'm looking for a top notch, US based writer with vast experience in financial subject. Writer should also be able to rewrite formal documents like Purchase Agreement and Terms of Service.
Other parts will include: home page text, purchase agreement, formal proposal, credit card types descriptions, 2 batches of articles, features, benefits, faq page, affiliate program description.

Writer should:

1) Rewrite existing content and at least not decrease its quality;
2) Proofread where needed;
3) Enrich content with keyword groups I provide in a separate file. But only use them if the style would not suffer, do not do keyword stuffing.

Total: 22 files with 15815 words. So, 15815 words to be rewritten, ~2000 words to be added.

Turnaround time: up to 6 days.
Expected budget: between $250 and $300.
