Music Site For Sale, PR5, $150+/month revenue

PR5 Site, Blog has about 90 posts, all unique and written by me. I gained PR5 before having over 300 directory submissions done. That probably won't make the site PR6, but will definitely help.

Depending on which SE you look at, and what time of day, the site has anywhere from 9,000 to 20,000 pages indexed (I watch yahoo's sitexplorer the most).

blog posts sell for $15ea+. I've had 5 already and I only started selling them a week or so ago.

text links at $5ea I have 12 sold.

text link ads. about $6each, one sold so far.

that puts total monthly revenue at about $101.50 - $176.50. (depending on whether or not you put value on the blog posts).

Also, because of the sites age, is should qualify as a PPP blog in about a month. There's a potential $330-400 per month.

$176 x 10 months earnings = $1760.

add to that the PR5, the great domain name (SEO value), and huge revenue growth potential for added blog post income and I think, based upon what people have told me, the site is worth around $2k+. (12 month's earnings) (see this appraisals link)

I'd like $2k for it, but if you're interested please make an offer. If you don't think the site is worth that much, then feel free to PM me constructive comments, i'd rather not have flaming here. It was hard for me to put this site up for sale, but it's doing great and the right webmaster could double these numbers easily I think. I really don't do any promotional work and I pay NOTHING per month in advertising. My only expense on this site is the $3/hosting at godaddy.


also, the Amazon stats are despite the fact that I have the free version of AOM running, so I'm losing commission on 1 out of 10 sales if I understand how it works correctly. Using the full version may result in higher numbers.

I knew I forgot something... I'll post what I can from Godaddy's listing. It's really confusing for me though so hopefully you'll make sense of it.

I also put an adbrite code on the homepage, so this isn't showing any of the unique blog post hits or anything in the store, just homepage I believe.
